合同履约期限：自合同签订生效之日起8个月内完成项目的系统设计、开发以及测试工作，并分阶段部署系统开始试运行，整体上线后再进行不低于3个月的整体试运行。        

The Contract Period: Complete the system design, development, and testing of the project within 8 months from the effective date of the contract signing, deploy the system in stages for trial operation, and conduct a comprehensive trial operation for no less than 3 months after the system is fully launched.

Eligible SMEs shall submit the Declaration Letter for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as required.
