Brief Specification Description: In order to improve the ability of public security prevention and control and create a safe environment for the community, video surveillance services are implemented in combination with the needs of daily monitoring, assisting in cracking down on illegal and criminal acts, tracking of illegal and criminal suspects, carrying out analysis and judgment of public security situations and police situations, as well as important nodes and major security activities, so as to provide strong support for ensuring the social safety and stability of Laogang Town.

2、投标人在以往类似项目中没有负面记录、不良社会报道及法律纠纷。
3、投标人须具有相关经营范围的法人或其他组织，并有相关服务项目经验。
4、投标人在投标前三年内有无受到各级管理部门处分或处罚的，须主动填
报受处分或处罚的记录，如果不主动填报而被事后发现的，将取消其投标资格，
并按有关规定追究责任。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. The bidder must be an enterprise or social organization with independent legal personality and pay taxes in accordance with the law, and operate in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, and be independent of the bidder and the bidding agency. 2. The bidder has no negative records, bad social reports and legal disputes in similar projects in the past. 3. The bidder must have a legal person or other organization with a relevant business scope and experience in relevant service projects. 4.
