(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:  (b) Eligibility requirements for implementing government procurement policies: In this procurement, if it complies with policies such as the mandatory procurement of energy-saving products by the government, encouragement of environmentally friendly products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for the disabled, and promotion of small, medium and micro enterprises, the relevant policies will be implemented.        

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；4、拟派项目负责人须具有建筑工程二级及其以上注册建造师资格；5、本项目专门面向中小微企业采购。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: （iii）Have the Grade III or above qualification for general contracting of building engineering construction;
（iv）The proposed project leader must have the qualification of a Class II or above registered construction engineer in building engineering;（v）This project is specially for procurement from small, medium and micro enterprises.        

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
